Oracle Corporation and EPM , LLC, an industry-leading systems integrator and Gold-level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) announced today that Artesian, the eighth largest investor-owned water utility in the US, has selected EPM to implement Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing , Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management and the Process Integration Pack for Oracle Utilities, to increase efficiencies by automating and streamlining key business systems.
EPM will migrate Artesian to the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing application in order to deliver a 360-degree view of customer data, faster customer interactions and stronger financial controls.
The implementation of Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management will improve scheduling efficiency and increase field crew productivity.
EPM will use the Process Integration Pack for Oracle Utilities to ensure a smooth integration of the applications with near real-time communications.
