First Trust Senior Floating Rate Income Fund II announces distribution of USD0.0875 per share for February

Jan 23, 2013 (Menafn - M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) --First Trust Senior Floating Rate Income Fund II FCT, a diversified, closed-end management investment company, on Tuesday declared its scheduled monthly common distribution of USDUSD0.0875 per share for February 2013.

With an ex-dividend date of 1 February 2013, the distribution will be paid on 15 February 2013, to all shareholders of record on 5 February 2013.
