Metallurgical Corp. of China to Sell CNY4bn 1-year Bills

SHANGHAI, Nov 15, 2012 (Menafn - SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) --Metallurgical Corporation of China (601618.SH; 01618.HK) November 15 announces that it will issue CNY 4 billion one-year bills on November 22.

It is the company's third issuance of short-term bills in 2012.

Financing will be used to repay bank loans.

China Chengxin International Credit Rating Co., Ltd. rates the company at AAA and rates the bills at A-1, giving an outlook of stable.

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China is lead underwriter and Export-Import Bank of China is joint lead underwriter.
