Williams closes USD850m public offering of senior notes due 2023

Dec 19, 2012 (Menafn - M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) --Energy infrastructure company Williams WMB has completed a public offering of USD850m of its 3.7% senior notes due 2023 at 99.722% of par, it stated on Tuesday.

Net proceeds will partly finance Williams' investments in Access Midstream Partners GP LLC and Access Midstream Partners LP, announced by the company on 11 December 2012.

UBS Investment Bank, Barclays and Citigroup acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
