(the "Company") wishes to announcethat an annual special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") willbe held in Burnaby, B.C. on August 29, 2012. The Meeting is beingcalled by Tom Mitchell in his capacity as the sole remaining directorof the Company.

Shareholders of record on July 31, 2012 will be entitled to receivenotice of the meeting.
