Ditem Explorations Inc.: Sale of 2% NSR for 1Million

MONTREAL, QUEBEC, Dec 20, 2012 (Menafn - Marketwire via COMTEX) --Ditem is pleased to announce that it has sold its 2% NSR on the Matoush Property.

Strateco Resources has paid 1,000,000 to Ditem Explorations, the sole holder of the royalty. Proceeds from the sale will be used, among other things, for exploration programs on the new gold properties in Quebec.

Ditem is an exploration and development company with properties in Quebec situated in the Detour Gold Trend, the Bruell property in the Val-d'Or area, and the Lalande property on the North Shore near La Romaine and in the Otish Basin and, in Saskatchewan, in the Athabasca Basin.
