BRIEF: Emig Mansion asking price drops by 100,000

YORK, Pa., Dec 04, 2012 (Menafn - York Daily Record - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --The asking price for the Emig Mansion in Manchester Township has dropped by 100,000 to 350,000.

In June, Coldwell Banker Select Professionals listed the 5,000-square-foot bed and breakfast with a price of 450,000. The more than 200-year-old local landmark, with its eight bathrooms and six fireplaces, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

The 1-acre land, zoned for both residential and commercial use, might appeal to a catering business or a photographer looking to have their own studio.
