DJ Lonmin to Price Share Offer at 45% Discount: Sources - Reuters

Nov 08, 2012 (Dow Jones Commodities News via Comtex) --South African platinum producer Lonmin PLC (LMI.LN) is set to price its 800 million rights issue at around a 45% discount on Friday, Reuters news agency reported Thursday on its website, citing three unnamed sources.

The shares will be offered at a 45% discount to their theoretical ex-rights price--the market price a stock theoretically has after a new rights issue--the report cited two of the sources as saying.
