Lee pushes retirement nest egg

Nov 04, 2012 (Menafn - The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) --FKP Property Group and Mulpha International executive chair Seng Huang Lee has called for change in the Australian retirement villages sector. He questioned assumptions that listed companies could not succeed in the Australian retirement communities market and said a lack of funding had prevented the market from recognising its true value. Forest Place Group and Retirement Villages Group are considering a merger and sharemarket listing.
