BRIEF: Man, 22, robbed outside gas station

MISHAWAKA, Apr 25, 2012 (Menafn - South Bend Tribune - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --A 22-year-old Mishawaka man told police he was robbed at gunpoint Monday night in the 1800 block of East Day Road.

The victim reported he was at the Phillips 66 gas station when a man approached him on the west side of the gas station and made small talk with him before producing a handgun and demanding money.

The gunman stole money from the victim and an iPhone.

No arrest has been made. Police were going to look to see if there was security footage of the robbery.
