CTC Media net shrinks in 9M

Moscow, Nov 07, 2012 (Menafn - RosBusinessConsulting via COMTEX) --The U.S. GAAP net profit of Russia's leading independent media company CTC Media plummeted 64% year-on-year to 28.19m in January-September, the company said in a statement today.CTC Media recorded a 38.48m net loss in July-September compared to a 16.39m net profit in the year-earlier period.CTC Media owns and operates the CTC, Domashny and Peretz television channels in Russia, as well Channel 31 in Kazakhstan and a TV company in Moldova.
