Consolidated Precision Products acquires Turbine Technologies

Dec 28, 2012 (Menafn - AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION via COMTEX) --California-based commercial aerospace component maker Consolidated Precision Products Corp. said that it has closed on its definitive agreement to acquire Turbine Technologies Group from Oregon-based manufacturing firm ESCO Corp.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Warburg Pincus, which acquired CPP in October 2011, is CPP's largest shareholder.AdvisorsLazard acted as financial advisor and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton acted as legal advisors to CPP. Goldman, Sachs & Co. acted as financial advisor and Stoel Rives LPP acted as legal advisor to ESCO.

Consolidated Precision serves a range of customers including, Boeing BA, Airbus, Hamilton Sundstrand, General Electric GE, Honeywell HON, Pratt and Whitney UTX, and Lockheed Martin LMT.
