Salem Communications Declares Fourth Quarter 2012 Dividend
CAMARILLO, CA, Nov 29, 2012 (Menafn - MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --Salem Communications Corporation SALM, a leading U.S.radio broadcaster, Internet content provider, and magazine and bookpublisher targeting audiences interested in Christian andconservative opinion content, announced that its Board of Directorshas declared a dividend for the fourth quarter of 2012 in the amountof 0.035 per share of its Class A and Class B common stock. The cashdividend will be paid on December 28, 2012 to all common stockholdersof record as of December 14, 2012.
