Communications Systems CFO announces retirement

Dec 03, 2012 (Menafn - TELECOMWORLDWIRE via COMTEX) --Communications Systems, Inc. JCS said that David T. McGraw, the company's chief financial officer, advised the company that he intends to retire at the end of 2013.

McGraw has served as chief financial officer since January 2008. Prior to that, from September 2002 to December 2007, he served as president and general manager of the company's Suttle business segment and, from May 2001 to August 2002, he served as chief operating officer of JDL Technologies, Inc.

CEO Bill Schultz said, "Dave's early notification of his retirement plans will enable us to implement an orderly and efficient transition of his responsibilities to his successor."

Communications Systems provides physical connectivity infrastructure and services for global deployments of broadband networks.
