TORONTO, ONTARIO, May 4, 2012 (Menafn - Marketwire via COMTEX) --On May 3, 2012 Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") announced that it had acquired the assets of the Local Government Solutions division of Lender Processing Services LLC.
For greater certainty, Constellation now wishes to clarify that the acquisition was of certain assets of Lender Processing Services LLC, and was not in any way related to the assets or business of Local Government Solutions, LP which is a division of Information Capital.
