VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Nov 22, 2012 (Menafn - Marketwire via COMTEX) --Pretium Resources Inc. PVG ("Pretivm") is pleased to report that it has filed on SEDAR "Brucejack Project Mineral Resources Update Technical Report" subsequent to its news release dated November 20, 2012 announcing the high-grade Mineral Resource estimate for Brucejack's Valley of the Kings.

The Technical Report, dated November 20, 2012, will also be available on Pretivm's web site at www.pretivm.com under the Brucejack Project section.
