Shenzhen Techand Ecology Wins CNY198mn Project

(300197.SZ) announces that a syndication consisting of the company and Chenzhou Pingbei Construction Co. has been confirmed the first bid-winning candidate for Linyi eco-park and support project in the Chenzhou Non-ferrous Metals Industrial Park, Hunan Province.

Investment in the project is estimated at CNY 198 million, accounting for 23.98 percent of operating revenues the company made in 2011.

The project includes construction of landscape, tower and main body of non-ferrous metal museum, and decoration, multimedia and large water treatment cycle system, which will be completed in 730 days.

The company will solely make investment, while housing construction reaching about CNY 80 million will be completed by Pingbei Construction.
