HOTRHOTR ("Chanticleer Holdings" or the "Company"), an international franchisee of Hooters restaurants, today announced that in celebration of its uplisting to NASDAQ, it will ring the NASDAQ closing bell on Tuesday, June 26th at 4:00pm EDT.
