Chanticleer Holdings to Ring NASDAQ Closing Bell

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jun 21, 2012 (Menafn - GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) --Chanticleer Holdings, Inc. HOTRHOTR ("Chanticleer Holdings" or the "Company"), an international franchisee of Hooters restaurants, today announced that in celebration of its uplisting to NASDAQ, it will ring the NASDAQ closing bell on Tuesday, June 26th at 4:00pm EDT. In attendance will be its international operating partners, directors of Hooters of America (privately held Hooters franchisor), including Terry Marks, CEO of Hooters of America, the 2012 Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant winner, and the Miss Hooters of South Africa and Australia.
