(pinksheets:MSVS), an emerging miningcompany and Britannia Mining Plc, a UK-based mining developmentcompany (recently merged with MSVS -- pending today's shareholderratification), announced that all aspects of the plan of merger havebeen approved by Micron shareholders. The company once known asMicron Enviro Systems will now officially become Britannia Mining.
