ePals Awards Restricted Share Units
HERNDON, VA, Nov 21, 2012 (Menafn - MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --ePals Corporation (the "Corporation"), aneducation media company and the world's leading safe social learningnetwork, announces that it has agreed to award to two seniorexecutives a total of 1,750,000 restricted share units which areredeemable for an equal number of the Corporation's restricted votingcommon shares upon vesting. The restricted share units will beawarded pursuant to the Corporation's restricted share unit plan andwill vest in various portions over time with the final vesting datebeing December 31, 2013. The restricted voting common shares issuableupon redemption of the restricted share units are subject to a holdperiod of four months and one day commencing on the date of theaward.
