Pioneer Investments announces five closed-end funds' distributions for month

May 07, 2012 (Menafn - M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) --Closed-end funds, Pioneer Diversified High Income Trust HNW; Pioneer Floating Rate Trust PHD; and Pioneer High Income Trust PHT declared dividend for May 2012 which are taxable while Pioneer Municipal High Income Advantage Trust MAV; and Pioneer Municipal High Income Trust MHI released dividends that are tax exempt.

HNW declared a dividend of USD0.1600 per share; PHD announced a dividend of USD0.0750 per share; PHT a dividend of USD0.1375 per share; MAV a dividend of USD0.0950 per share; and MHI announced a dividend of USD0.0950 per share.

With an ex-dividend of 15 May, all shareholders of record date on 17 May will receive the payments on 31 May 2012.
