BRIEF: Georgian sailors to receive employment record books and certificates of international standards in 2013
Dec 28, 2012 (Menafn - Trend News Agency - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --The Georgian Marine Transport Agency has drafted a project aimed at updating employment record books and qualification and competence documents for sailors. Georgian sailors will receive employment record books and certificates that meet all international standards.
In this regard, the Agency's Director Mamuka Akhaladze and Chairman of the State Agency for Development Services, Levan Samadashvili held a joint event in the Batumi House of Justice.
The project was developed by the Georgian Marine Transport Agency with the help of the State Agency for Development Services, which has very rich experience in the development of documents and services.
According to the memorandum signed between the two sides, from January 3rd, 2013, the Marine Transport Agency is to start printing (as well as issuing shortly thereafter) employment record books as well as qualification and competence documents.
