China United Airlines to Build Airport Economy Zone

BEIJING, Nov 27, 2012 (Menafn - SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) --China Fortune Land Development Co., Ltd. (shse:600340) revealed that preliminary intent has been reached with China United Airlines Co., Ltd. on joint construction of an international airport economy zone for the new airport in Beijing. Cooperative agreement has been inked.

According to agreement, China Fortune has gotten the development right of related land blocks and promised that special lands and preferential tax policy will be offered to China United Airlines as well as parent China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited CEA(sehk:0670 and SHSE).

China United Airlines promised that it will offer aviation technology support to the construction of the international airport economy zone to bolster up its midterm and long-term development. The economy zone covers a total area of 15 square kilometers.
