Interaction Asian Restaurants L.P. ("Interaction") is thrilled to share news of the opening of P.F. Chang's China Bistro in Canada. P.F. Chang's is an international unique brand of stylish, Chinese-inspired cuisine and upscale casual dining restaurant chain. The first Canadian restaurant will open in Toronto at Cadillac Fairview's newly redeveloped Shops at Don Mills in late July this year, followed shortly by a new restaurant in the Montreal (Decarie) Smartcentre Shopping Centre located adjacent to the former Hippodrome.
P.F. Chang's intends to expand throughout Canada, with plans to open restaurants in additional Canadian cities in 2013 and beyond. "It is with great partners like Interaction that we at P.F.
