DJ Tertiary Minerals Sees MB Project Among Largest Fluorspar Deposits
Nov 29, 2012 (Dow Jones Commodities News via Comtex) --LONDON--Tertiary Minerals PLC (TYM.LN), a mineral explorer, Thursday said data from 24 new drill holes throughout the mineralization at the MB Project suggest that the project could rank among the largest fluorspar deposits in the world.
MAIN FACTS:
-Company has advised the claim owner, Nevada Fluorspar LLC, that its due diligence is complete and that the lease/option agreement is no longer conditional.
-Check infill drilling is required to define a code-compliant Mineral Resource
-Newly acquired data reveals widespread thick and flat-lying zones of open-pit mineable fluorspar mineralization not bottomed by the majority of vertical drill holes
-Significant drilling results extend over an area of 1.5km by 1.5km and between surface and at depths of at least 400 meters; Mineralization open in all directions.
-Shares at 0910 GMT up 1 pence or 28% at 6 pence valuing the company at GBP6 million.
