Scholastic's board declares USD0.125 Q3 dividend

Dec 20, 2012 (Menafn - M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) --The board of directors of Scholastic Corporation SCHL on Wednesday declared a quarterly cash dividend of USD0.125 per share on the company's Class A and common stock for the third quarter of fiscal 2013.

This dividend is payable on 15 March 2013 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on 31 January 2013.

Scholastic Corporation is a publisher and distributor of children's books and a provider of educational technology and related services and children's media.
