Mobile ad co inneractive in Nokia collaboration

Oct 31, 2012 (Menafn - Globes - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --Mobile ad company inneractive Ltd. is collaborating with mobile phone maker Nokia Corporation (NYSE; LSE; HEX: NOK) on it newly launched Nokia Ad Exchange (NAX). NAX provides developers, regardless of platform, with immediate access to more than 120 ad networks and agencies in 200 countries.

NAX will compete with the mobile ad solutions of Google Inc. GOOG and Apple Inc. AAPL, among others. Although Nokia works exclusively with Microsoft Corporation MSFT and its Windows Phone operating system for smartphones, the NAX will enable app developers to use both iOS and Android operating systems.

inneractive president Offer Yehudai said, "In launching NAX, Nokia has created a true value proposition for all developers and a platform where networks and agencies can find an exclusive, relevant audience. We are proud to be working with Nokia to power this truly disruptive and innovative monetization solution."

inneractive, founded in 2007 by Yehudai and CEO Ziv Elul, is headquartered in Israel, and has offices in Silicon Valley, New York, and London and it will soon open an office in Singapore

Nokia and inneractive have a longstanding collaboration. Last year, inneractive participated in the Nokia World exhibition, once considered the premier exhibition in the mobile industry. It was named one of the most promising start-ups for 2011 by "Globes".
