DJ Nestle's Marc Caira Retires, Other Senior Management Changes

Nov 21, 2012 (Dow Jones Commodities News via Comtex) --ZURICH--Nestle S.A. (NESN.VX) Wednesday announced a series of senior management changes, triggered by the retirement of Marc Caira, Deputy Executive Vice President in charge of Nestle Professional.

MAIN FACTS:

-Mr. Caira will retire at the end of April 2013 after 36 years with the Group. He will be replaced by Martial Rolland, currently market head of Nestle France.

-Nespresso CEO Richard Girardot will succeed Mr. Rolland as market head of Nestle France on 1 April 2013.

-Jean-Marc Duvoisin, Deputy Executive Vice President, Human Resources, will succeed Richard Girardot as Nespresso CEO on 1 March 2013. He will be replaced by Peter Vogt, currently market head of Nestle Malaysia and Singapore.
