SAP announces new user interface add-on for the SAP Supplier Relationship Management application

Nov 08, 2012 (Menafn - WORLDWIDE COMPUTER PRODUCTS NEWS via COMTEX) --SAP AG SAP, a provider of business management software and solutions, on Thursday announced its new user interface add-on for the SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SAP SRM) application.

According to the company, the add-on enables casual procurement users, with little or no training, to create purchase requests from catalogues. It includes features such as type-ahead search terms, browse by category, filtering, detailed product information and ratings.

Customers do not need to modify any configuration, because the interface is a non-modifying add-on that implements on top of an existing landscape for the 7.0 version of SAP SRM.

The add-on will be demonstrated at SAPPHIRE NOW SAP TechEd, being held as a co-located event in Madrid from November 13-16, 2012.
