Noah Affiliate Sets Up Real Estate Fund in Chengdu

CHENGDU, Nov 29, 2012 (Menafn - SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) --Gefei Asset Management Co., Ltd. affiliated to Noah Holdings Ltd. NOAH declared in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, southwest China the establishment of a joint venture with Chengdu Languang Real Estate Group and the launch of a real estate fund with a financing size of more than CNY 500 million.

The real estate fund is the first being launched in the local financial industry.

Board chairman of Noah revealed that the fund size will swell to CNY 3 billion in the future three years.
