(MENAFN) Jordan and Algeria have inked executive programs and memorandums of understanding in the fields of investment, media, tourism, youth, sport, vocational training, higher education, education, culture, food and medicine after the meetings of the 7th session of the joint committee, Petra reported.

The Jordanian Minister of Health/Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce and the Algerian Minister of Health, Population have signed the agreements. Algeria received two memorandums of understanding from Jordan in the fields of social security and water resources which will be discussed later.

The Jordanian side urged the Algerians to join to Arab-Mediterranean Free Trade Agreement because of its importance in enhancing the Arab economy integration.
