UAE- NRIs fuel 35% growth for Rajesh Lifespaces

(MENAFN- Khaleej Times)  Mumbai's premium developer, Rajesh Lifespaces, recently said that after its penetration in the UAE market last December, the business has experienced a 35 per cent growth through investments from UAE-based non-resident Indians, or NRIs. The real estate company has crafted spaces spread over seven million sqft in the western and the central suburbs of Mumbai. "We have got an excellent response from UAE market and while we continue serving our clientele here, our aim is to make inroads into the other Middle Eastern markets by serving to NRI demands of good projects offering premium lifestyle at affordable prices," said Alok Anchan, manager of sales at Rajesh Lifespaces. "Other than buying in homes for own use, more and more NRIs are capitalising the current scenario of depreciated rupees to strengthen their investment portfolio. In demand configurations are two- or three-bedroom apartments... at cities like Mumbai and Delhi with good appreciation potential," he added.
