(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM)) Â H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Western Region received today in Liwa Chancellor of the Higher Colleges of Technology Mohamed Hassan Omran Al Shamsi.
Sheikh Hamdan congratulated Al Shamsi on his appointment as Chancellor of the HCT and wished him success in his new assignment.
During the meeting which was attended by a number of officials, Al Shamsi briefed Sheikh Hamdan on the HCT's strategies and future plans.
