(MENAFN- Arab Times) During a surprise inspection campaign against private clinics in Hawalli, the Medical Licenses and Medicines Inspection Department of the Ministry of Health have issued citations against three clinics owned by well-known doctors, reports Al-Kuwaitiah daily.
The daily added the inspection team was headed by Director of the Department Dr Jaber Al-Khalidi.
At one of the clinics, the daily said, the inspectors found medicines had been stored in unsound condition, at another medicine which had been imported without license from the ministry and at yet another the owner was caught for selling medicines on the clinic premises in violation of a law.
