(MENAFN) Emaar Properties stated that it will start selling apartments at Burj Vista II on the first day of June, reported Emirates 24/7.
The 20-story-high Burj Vista II is the second tower of the twin-tower development in Downtown Dubai, and comprises 120 luxury apartments.
The first 65-story tower was launched last month. With 520 apartments, each was sold for an average price of USD544.36 per square feet.
The tower also comprises a gymnasium, children's play areas, multimedia hall, business center, play room, lounge areas, swimming pool and kid's pool.
