(MENAFN- Khaleej Times)Â A Misdemeanour Court bench, presided by Chief Judge Sameeh Samhan, found an expatriate teacher here guilty of harassing a student, and ordered him to serve one year in jail, and deportation thereafter.
The case unfolded early this year when the relatives of the student lodged a complaint at the RAK Police accusing the teacher of harassing her while giving her private tuition.
