Kuwait Airways to buy 25 Airbus jets: Report


(MENAFN) Kuwait Airways is expected to ink a USD2.98 billion deal with Airbus to acquire 25 planes, reported Arabian Business citing a report by local Daily Al-Watan. The contract covers 10 wide-bodied A350-900 jets in addition to 15 A320neos. Furthermore, the company will also lease another 13 jets, comprising A330 and A320 models, for 6 years to improve its fleet. It is worth noting that Kuwait Airways will take delivery of the planes starting 2019.
