(MENAFN) Dubai Properties Group (DPG) announced that it would renovate 'The Walk' retail and hospitality venue at Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), reported Arabian Business.
The plan includes adding escalators to tempt visitors to visit the stores and outlets in the plaza level, where upgrades will take pace at Bahar and Rimal.
The company added that improvements at the level will include a new children's play area and private areas for JBR residents.
Furthermore, renovations will cover a new boutique hotel and beach club situated between the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and the newly established Al Fattan Crystal Towers.
