South Korea's Industrial Output Sharply Down


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) South Korea's nation's manufacturing and mining output posted the sharpest monthly drop in a year in March. Statistics Korea data shows that manufacturing and mining output last month fell 2.6% from February especially due to lower production in manufacturing, according to Korea's (KBS WORLD) website. Manufacturing and mining output began a downward trend in January and has been shrinking since. The services and building sectors also produced less last month for an over 2% drop in overall output of all industries combined.
