Iran's oil sales at USD4b

(MENAFN) The National Iranian Oil Company's managing director, Ahmad Qalehbani, announced that his country's oil exports reached USD4 billion, reported Tehran Times. However, Qalehbani noted that Tehran hasn't received yet the whole amount as a result of the Western sanctions, noting that part of those claims will be received in goods. The Iranian government expects the country's oil exports to average 1.3 million barrels per day (bpd) in the current Iranian fiscal year, starting March 21, 2013. According to the country's oil minister, at the current time, 60 countries are buying petrochemical and oil products and derivatives from Iran.
