(MENAFN) Emaar Properties managing director, Ahmad Al Matrooshi, announced that the real estate developer will start sales of the luxury Sky Collection residences, reported Arabian Business.
Al Matrooshi said that the residences, all situated on the highest levels of the 60-level towers of The Address Residence Fountain Views, will be serviced by The Address Hotels & Resorts.
He noted that the units comprise 3 and 4-bedroom apartments, 3 and 4-bedroom duplex apartments and 4-bedroom penthouses.
It is worth noting that The Address Residence Fountain Views, in Downtown Dubai, is connected directly to The Dubai Mall, the world's largest shopping and entertainment destination, through the metro link.
