(MENAFN- Arab Times) Farwaniya securitymen arrested three Asians for the possession of 19 bottles of locally-brewed alcohol in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh.
While patrolling the area, the officers noticed the erratic movement of a vehicle so they signaled for the driver to pull over.
The officers got more suspicious as they observed that the driver and his two companions - all Asians - looked agitated.
A thorough search of the vehicle led to the discovery of the local liquor bottles and cash amounting to KD290, believed to be their revenues from selling the alcoholic drinks.
The trio and the contraband were referred to the concerned security department for the necessary legal action.Â
