(MENAFN- Arab Times) Police have arrested an unidentified motorist for attempting to assault and insulting a member of the ruling family, reports Al-Rai daily.
This happened over a right of way while driving along the road on the Sixth Ring Road adjacent to Sabah Al-Salem district.
The arrest came after the complainant provided police with the car plate number of the suspect.
Why are you late?: A young Kuwaiti woman has filed a complaint with the police accusing her brother of beating her just because she arrived home late one evening, reports Al-Rai daily.
In her complaint to the Sabah Al-Salem police the woman said as soon as she arrived home, the brother beat her even before she could explain why she was late.
The complainant has submitted a medical report issued by the Adan Hospital showing injuries on her body.
Police have summoned the brother for interrogation.
