(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Ministry of Interior has sent a draft law to the National Assembly which calls for punishing those promoting or helping to promote black magic, reports Al-Shahed daily.
Security sources said this came following increasing arrests of people at sea, land and air entry points who are attempting to smuggle into the country all sorts of sorcery tools.
There has been a long standing demand by MPs to combat this phenomenon which has harmed so many Kuwaiti families.
