Kuwait- Bylaws for runaways

(MENAFN- Arab Times) Undersecretary for Social Affairs at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor Jamal Al-Dosari recently met with representatives from the ministries of Foreign Affairs, Interior, Health and Justice to chalk out bylaws for domestic runaways who will be housed at the center before the center is officially opened, reports Al-Qabas daily. The sources said the discussions centred on how to modify the internal regulations of the center and the statute to allow the center to receive a large number of domestic workers - a minimum of 500 people. The center will also accommodate runaway maids who are being sheltered by their respective embassies, on condition a representative from embassy resides at the center.
