(MENAFN- Arab Times) Personnel from the Special Task force have arrested an unidentified Kuwaiti youth for harassing pedestrians in Hawalli. According to reports the one of the pedestrians stopped the police and informed them that a man driving a vehicle was hurling abuses at passersby.
The police rushed to the spot and took into custody the suspect who is believed to be 18 years old. He has been detained at a police station.Â
