(MENAFN- Arab Times) A Kuwaiti man and two Asian women were arrested in Salmiya for the possession of a bottle of imported liquor.
A team of security officers patrolling the area noticed a car parked in front of a furnished residential building. They approached the car for routine inspection and they found a Kuwaiti man with two Asian women inside.
The officers observed the agitated demeanor of the women, so they decided to search the car thoroughly leading to the discovery of the bottle of liquor.
During interrogation, the women told the officers they were supposed to attend a party in one of the furnished apartments in the building and the Kuwaiti charged them KD 100 for that.
A case was registered and the suspects were referred to the concerned security department for the necessary legal action.
