(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Hawalli police have arrested an unidentified Syrian man who specialized in snatching (Asian) women's handbags and spend the money on fun parties, reports Al-Rai daily.
The arrest came after police set a trap for the man following complaints from several women who said a man on motorbike snatched their handbags.
During interrogation he has admitted to the charge and said he spent the stolen money to entertain women and booze.
