(MENAFN- Arab Times) An unidentified Kuwaiti woman has been detained for interrogation for allegedly torturing her children by pouring cold water and caustic substance on them, reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily quoting security sources said personnel from the Criminal Investigation Department acting on information formed a team and issued orders for the Juveniles Department to look into the issue.
During interrogation the department learned from the children that she used various methods of 'torture' and poured cold water on them to wake them up.
The mother has been referred to the concerned authorities. Â
