(MENAFN- Arab Times) Three Kuwaiti youths who were caught in possession of a quantity of hashish and KD 610 have been handed over to the General Department of Drug Control, reports Al-Anba daily.
The suspects were caught in Khaitan on suspicion because a police patrol saw the men using incense inside their car. During interrogation the Kuwaitis admitted to consuming drugs and when they saw the police patrol they put incense in the fire to hide their crime. Â
